I'm so happy that I got this scope as my very first one, delivery was pretty fast and the box it came in is sufficient to prevent any damage. The probes that I got with this scope are 80MHz rated which is great. My scope came upgraded to 200MHz from the factory so no need to do that yourself, there's new firmware that you can download for this scope on the Hantek website dated 02-25-2021 ( Link: http://hantek.com/uploadpic/hantek/files/20210225/dso5kp_func_dso5072p20210225.rar ) and you can safely install the new firmware without having to worry about losing the upgrade to 200MHz that will stay exactly the same, you can trust me about this because I just did it myself and I didn't know for sure if it would go alright and the seller couldn't tell me either but I assure you the firmware update can be done safely. I also opened the scope just to have a look inside and to my surprise I found that it has a slot for a micro SD, I had one 16GB to spare so I put it in the micro SD slot and now I can save stuff to the internal memory card instead of using a USB-stick. This isn't mentioned anywhere so I thought you might want to know this. This scope will be more than enough for the things that I'm using it for so I'll be using this scope for many years to come, if you are not sure which scope you should buy if you haven't had one before I highly recommend you to buy this scope because it is hard to find a similar one in this class for the price. I've included a couple of pictures to show that the box came in undamaged and that I've installed the new firmware and it's still a 200MHz scope.

Very good solution for first DSO. exellent user interface, very good quality, i own hantek usb DSO6022BL oscilloscope and i must say that this stand alone solution is far better then usb one. I like that probes compensation is in the socket. Overall very good performance only FFT could be faster but in this price range it is more then good. This DSO is hackable to extend BW to 100MHz but since i work mainly in audio domain i don't need it so will not try for now. I do reccomment purchase.
