I bought these for my tinyhawk freestyle 2 (2s 7000 kV motors) . These props are an excellent alternative for the original Avan Rush props. They have lower pitch then the Avans and you need to use the throttle more but at the same time you get much longer flight times and similar maximum speed and acceleration of the quad as with the Avans. Compared to the Avans these are just a little bit louder, but it is not an annoying kind of sound ( it is more more 'wooshy' rather than high-pitch sound that HQ T65 props make - the HQs are louder and they sound like the whining of a 5 inch prop - too loud to fly near people, while the Gemfsns are more acceptable in terms of the noise they produce.
The Avan Rush props on the Tinyhawk Freestyle 2 have 1.9 inch pitch. On paper the HQs, with their. 1.5 pitch should be a better (closer) match for them than the Gemfan Hurricanes with only 1.2 inch pitch, however in my testing I found that the Gemfans are better - they give longer flight times, less noise and much better efficiency than the HQ T65.
These Gemfans should be ideal for 2 and 3s quads while the HQs are probably better for 3 and 4s builds (if you can accept their high noise and lower efficiency).
I am hoping the Hurricanes will perform even better with the 7500kv TH Race motors, which I'm planning to install on my TH Freestyle.
