Servo appears well built having an aluminium centre casing with plastic end caps.
End caps have seals between them and centre casing to keep dirt out and a seal around the servo lead exit however there is no seal between the top casing and output shaft so dirt and moisture can get in.
Top casing was removed to check gears and they are all metal as described and look well manufactured, the only issue I could see was there was no grease in the output shaft bearing.
I have used some light silicone grease to lubricate the ball race and also put some around the output shaft to help stop dirt and moisture getting into the servo.
The included metal servo arm is good quality and of the double bolt clamp design which is very good.
Servo movement is 85° on standard settings (1000µs - 2000µs) so I think that you may be hard pushed to get 180° movement out of this servo.
I do not have an accurate test rig but I was seeing in excess 20kg/cm on my setup which is more than enough for my needs.
These appear to be very well built servos that should work well in service and taking into consideration the price they are excellent.
