Warnings and Cautions in Using the Battery:

To prevent the possibility of the battery from leaking, heating, or explosion please observe the following precautions:

- Do not immerse the battery in water, and keep the battery in a cool dry surrounding if it stands by.

- Do not use or leave the battery near a heat source such as a fire or heater.

- Use the battery charger specifically for that purpose when recharging.

- Do not reverse the position and negative terminals.

- Do not connect the battery to an electrical outlet.

- Do not discard the battery in a fire or a heater.

- Do not short-circuit the battery by directly connecting the positive and negative terminals with metal objects.

- Do not transport or store the battery together with metal objects such as hairpins, necklaces, etc

- Do not directly solder the battery and pierce the battery with a nail or other sharp objects.

- Do not use or leave the battery at high temperatures (for example, in strong direct sunlight or in a vehicle in extremely hot weather). Otherwise, it can overheat or fire, or its performance will degenerate and its service life will be decreased.

- Do not use the battery in a location where static electricity and the magnetic field are great, otherwise, the safety devices may be damaged, causing hidden trouble of safety.

ATTENTION ! ACHTUNG ! ;-)
I am the happy own of an Engwe EP-2 and wanted a spare battery (like for the return leg of a longer bike ride).
Banggood offered no spare battery for my bike, but this one I had been musing about for quite some time. It was however stated to be a "Battery for SAMEBIKE PLENTY", and the images on the web page were rather enigmatic or confusing.
After carefully comparing the images with my battery marked "Engwe", I decided to take a chance and place an order - in spite of the strange connections on the battery in the images, hoping to not have to go through the hassle of a return.

I didn't know what to make of the "add-on" (see attached picture) when I scrutinized the web page and I still have no use for it. Fortunately, with the add-on removed, it fits my Engwe EP-2 just as well as the original battery, and even though the battery's nominal capacity is somewhat lower than the original ones, this makes no noticeable difference to me!

I could be content with having two batteries, but on the other hand I could not refuse a tempting later offer from Banggood, so I have ordered YET ANOTHER one because of the irresistable ;-) "Lowest price in 121 days"

I had ordered this kind of battery as a spare for my Engwe EP/2 bike. It was a useful addition to my capabilities and it would have been enough to have two batteries, but then I took a Banggood bait ;-) and ordered another one at a price that was lower than what I had paid for my first spare battery. Not being able to refrain from accepting the offer has obliged me to rotate the use of my three batteries in such a way, that I use all of them at least once a month, but I do it joyfully.

AN IMO IMPORTANT TIP/NOTICE:
At first, I had considered transporting one extra battery in something similar to a saddle bag, but not actually fitted to the saddle of the EP2, but to the outside of the part of the frame containing the internal battery. However, I figured out a better and simpler placement of the reserve power: I reduced the size of the cardboard box and the white rather stiff foam that the battery came in, and this modified box I strap to the top of the baggage rack. This way, I am even able to carry 2 extra batteries, strapped one on top of the other!
