I bought 2 products, and one of them had a slightly dirty thread that caught a bit after turning. I cleaned it with a paper towel, but it still caught a little when turning, though very slightly. I believe that with more careful cleaning, the central screw's rotation will be perfect. There is nothing to disqualify this tool. Buy without fear!!!
