Slight burrs on the bottoms near the cup but a bit of fine sandpaper brought them right off. Full metal other than the adjusters, slightly longer than the 16th Mjx stocks, but also thinner. Don't be fooled though they out perform the stock variants hands down, I just threw 40wt oil into them and the resistance is nice, my car doesn't bottom out now (I added metal base chasis plate which added a lot of weight and some other metal parts)
