Very good for what it is. It is NOT a thermal camera, the resolution is too low for that. It IS a nice thermal imager, able to show hot and cold spots on a wall or bearings that are running hot and other situations where temperature gradient is of interest. Sensitivity is good enough to show a warm spot on my leg due to a recent minor injury.

Operation is simple enough to figure out but I had to experiment a bit to be able to download any stored images.

A short owner's manual would be helpful to many users.

Decent performance 4 a limited resolution thermal imager. Range about 5m + Max 280c min < -18c (my freezer =:)). Stores 100 screenshots in bmp format USB stick style. Min MAX CTR “+” indication and average temp. Useful to find heat leaks in your house, broken PCB components, container fluid levels and view the impressive isolation characteristics of the fur of our Norwegian Forrest cat 🐈. 4 stars due no closed casing construction. But @ https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5875285 you can find a 3D printable casing. A “must have” tool 4 the serious tinkerer =:).
