Hola:
El fan viene en el interior de una caja de EPP con los conectores soldados y termo retráctil.
El conjunto del fan viene en dos piezas, fan y el borde de admisión.
Hemos preparado unas cuadernas en unos retales de placa de circuito impreso para simular el sistema de sujeción que haremos en el avión y poderlo sujetar al banco de empuje.
La cuaderna ha de quedar a 18 mm de la parte trasera del fan, marcamos estos 18 mm para el posicionamiento en la cuaderna y nosotros hemos añadido un poco más de cinta como observáis en la foto.
Una vez sujeto el motor a la cuaderna y comprobando su fijación lo montamos en el banco de empuje.
Hemos realizado dos ensayos, un ensayo con batería cargada de 3S y 1500 mA/h 40C y otro con batería cargada de 4S y 1600 mA/h 50C, empleamos un variador de 60 A y el vatímetro y banco de la foto. Siendo purista posiblemente el empuje no sea totalmente real pero para tener un orden de magnitud creemos que es más que suficiente.
PRIMER ENSAYO: 3S
El empuje con la batería de 3S es de 546 g con un consumo de 25.7 A y 275.5W en el momento de realizar la foto, pasados unos 3 segundos.

Teniendo en cuanta esta medición, tenemos una relación de empuje/peso de 7.28.
En el momento del arranque se oye el roce del rotor en el estator pero luego desaparece, pero no sabemos cual puede ser su influencia.
Aunque curiosamente no tenemos ninguna vibración.
SEGUNDO ENSAYO: 4S
El empuje con la batería de 4S es de 903 g con un consumo de 42.4 A y 630.4W en el momento de realizar la foto, pasados unos 5 o 6 segundos.

Teniendo en cuanta esta medición, tenemos una relación de empuje/peso de 12.04.
En el momento del arranque se sigue oyendo el roce del rotor en el estator pero luego desaparece.
Aun así no tenemos ninguna vibración.
