It arrived normally packaged within 5 weeks after ordering. I bought it for my 6-year-old grandson, but we were both disappointed - we won't be flying anytime soon, because the description is only in Chinese... The instructions are quite complicated, consisting of as many as 10 pages of text printed in small hieroglyphs with drawings. Does anyone have a description in English?
