These are an incredible value. 96-98% efficiency means NO HEAT and NO WASTED POWER.. the days of the TO-220 1A regulator with heatsink and fan are over.
It brings shame to what I used to think was an efficient power supply after matching transformer, rectifier, heat sink, and convection cooling.
There are two; a 1.8A and a 3A and they are both terrific regulators - power supplies made simple!

** And just as a side note: they arrived faster than a similar order for FETs from Amazon!
