The case is of very high quality, and its visual design gives off the impression of a premium product. The Pro version that I purchased does not come with a fan, and cooling is done passively. When the case is idle, the temperature ranges between 50–52°C, and under medium usage, it goes up to around 58°C.
For comparison, the temperature of a MacBook Air with passive cooling typically ranges from 40 to 50°C, so based on that, we can say the passive cooling of this case is quite good. Most NVMe drives can withstand temperatures up to 80°C, so 50°C is not unusual or concerning. With this case, I was able to achieve the maximum speed my current NVMe drive offers — 1700 MB/s read and 1400 MB/s write.
