Did a simple test to see if these boards have the fake AO4407 P- channel (SOP8) MOS-FET's as the ones I got from ebay. looks like these have good Fet's with low internal (drain- source ) resistance (RDS). it's nice not having to swap out the MOS-FET packs on a new BMS 🙂👍. I'm running ~30 watts trough the FET's and they are cold (been running for 30 min) The test load is some old 12V to 240V inverter that pulls too much in-rush current for the "eBay" BMS moduleswith the "fake" 4407 FET's , so the BMS enters shutdown mode. I know my wires aren't actually super conductors, but I did the same test with the ebay modules with the fake 4407 Fet's. I'm happy with this product. A tiny BMS that can handle high current : 3A-4A continously and 10A peak (with good wires).
