This is a extremely well built square. It is well constructed and well built. It is true and accurate out of the box. The aluminum anodization is high quality. The holes are sufficient for 5mm pencil. The scale for this model is in inches which is prevalent in USA. This is the 12 inch model. There is also a 4 inch model. The measurements are up to 1/16th increments which is sufficient for most woodworking projects.
The product quality is superior. I highly recommend the product.

It arrived a week early. I checked it with calibrated tools. It is square. The scales on both edges are accurate. I did not check all the holes, but I don't find any reason to suspect they aren't accurate, like the rest of it. The cheeks are correct with the blade. It is very light. It appears to be all aluminum.
