The panel is printed directly on the plastic. There is small circuit with red LED at the USB socket which limits the output voltage to 5.00V. I connected to xiaomi Mi A1 using USB tester to display the voltage and current. At good morning sunlight the phone draws 0.72A. It is changing at about 10% per half hour. It seems it is good for outdoor activities.
