Undergoes full functionality testing, where any defective modules are replaced;
Is put through a thorough cleaning and inspection process;
Is repackaged (including appropriate manuals, and parts);
Undergoes the same basic testing procedures and is assessed with the same technical guidelines as new products;
Some of the refurbished products may have slight signs of wear, which will not affect the normal functionality of the machine. Return requests for such reasons will not be entertained.

If the refurbished machine you purchased is missing accessories, or some parts are unavailable, please contact us and we will send you new accessories after receiving your feedback.


After-sales Regulations for Refurbished Machines



Note: This machine is a refurbished machine. Each refurbished machine has traces of use. This is an inevitable situation. If you mind, you can buy a brand new machine.

1. No returns or refunds will be accepted for refurbished machines unless there are special circumstances.
Special circumstances such as:

u2460If we do not ship within 5 days after you place an order (except domestic and foreign holidays) or do not have a logistics order number, you can apply for a return and refund,
u2461If the logistics problem causes the loss of parts, or the machine is damaged and cannot be used by logistics, you can apply for a return and refund,
u2462If the refurbished machine is temporarily out of stock and you do not want to wait, you can apply for a return and refund.

2. We promise to let you receive a refurbished machine that can be used. If you receive the machine and assemble it and find that the machine is faulty and cannot be used, please contact us as soon as possible. We will send new accessories from the 0verseas warehouse for you to replace for your use. If the accessories in the 0verseas warehouse are insufficient, we will send them from China.

3.
Refurbished machines only have 15 days of after-sales channels
, and the warranty channels will be closed after 15 days.

u2460 Please check the machine within 7 days after receiving it to check whether the machine is usable or missing accessories. If the accessories are missing after 7 days, they will not be sent free of charge.
u2461 The refurbished machine will no longer be free of charge after 15 days from the date of receipt, but technical questions and machine usage instructions will still be provided.
u2462 In special circumstances, we will extend your warranty period. For example, if you assemble the machine immediately after receiving it, but find a fault and cannot use it, we will send you new accessories, and the warranty period will be calculated from the time you sign for the accessories.

4. Refurbished machines generally do not support exchanges. If you are not used to the appearance of the refurbished machine you received and want to exchange it, you need to do so within 7 days of receiving the goods, and you need to pay the shipping cost of the exchange and the shipping cost of the machine.

1. 40W Powerful Laser:

Sculpfun SF-A9 adopts the 40W laser head with a strong cutting ability, and supports the 40W/20W laser power switching, which can cut 20mm plywood and 6mm dark acrylic at one pass time. It uses the heat pipe radiator to provide a faster and more balanced heat dissipation performance.


2. Safety Protection Design:

Built with a tilt sensor, it will set off an alarm and stop emitting the laser light while the machine body is off-balance and tilts over 15°. It is also equipped with the functions of emergency stop and child safety lock switches, flame and temperature sensors. When it detects the flames during the working process, the flame and temperature sensors will be triggered and the machine will stop working with an alarm while automatically moves to the safest location.

Designed with a most precise focusing, the focus lever on the laser head is stable that enables the focusing position more accurate. The red knob on the right side of the laser is to raise or lower the laser module for the quick height positioning according to the material"s thickness, and the knob on the top of the laser is for the precise adjustment.


5. Sturdy and Easy Installation:
Full metal structure design makes the machine robust. The levelling structure of the metal support pillar and the industrial-grade linear guide rail of the X-axis provide more stability to the machine, which increases the engraving motion accuracy to 0.01mm.
