Manufacturing process
All aluminum alloy parts are processed by CNC machine tool and electric pulse wire cutting. The machining accuracy is 0.02mm. The crankshaft is electroplated with hard chromium after 40gr quenching and tempering and fine turning. The hardness is HRC55 and the accuracy is 0.01. The main shaft and main shaft gear and cam and camshaft are assembled by hot pressing, which is firm and
hard wearing
. All valves adopt 40gr quenching and tempering finish turning and alloy valve guide assembly, which is wear-resistant and heat-resistant.

Operation guide
1 fill the engine with 30ml oil and change the oil for the first time after the engine runs for 3 hours.
2 fill the engine oil tank with fuel, and the filling amount is shown in the figure
Too much fuel will cause the mixture ratio to be too rich or overflow from the fuel injection nozzle, resulting in the failure of the engine to start
3. The power supply box is equipped with four No. 5 dry batteries. The assembly method is as follows: remove the four screws of the power switch panel and assemble the battery installation hatch cover (sort out the internal lines and avoid crushing the wires), as shown in the figure
4 open the flow valve to the 1 / 2 position (as shown in the figure) and the cold engine can tilt the engine 45 degrees to the left for 2 seconds to enrich the mixture
5. The oil level of self DIY fuel tank purchased in simplified version shall not exceed the oil level reference line of fuel injection nozzle (as shown in the figure above)
6 wind the pull rope around the flywheel and start the engine clockwise

Maintenance and precautions
1.after the engine is started, if no oil splash is observed on the transparent box cover, stop the engine and replenish the oil. Avoid engine damage.
2.in a closed environment, please run for half an hour and stop the machine for heat dissipation.
3.please do not touch the engine exhaust pipe during engine operation to avoid scalding
4.do not touch the flywheel while the engine is running
5.it is not a quality problem that the engine has slight oil penetration after many times of operation. The penetration position can be removed, and the sealant can be applied for installation.
6.Users who buy open cylinder heads can fill 25ml of oil and operate at low speed to prevent oil from spraying slightly from the top
