The unit is OK.
I tested it for 24V input, 11V output ay 10A current.
The output voltage is relatively constant (from 11.5V no load to 11.2V at 10A).
The temperatures are:
100 dgr.C for transformer,
100 dgr.C for one heatsink and 80 dgr.C for the other.

A good DC-DC converter. I use it to regulate the output power of a LED power supply for my hobby projects. The filter capacitor for the trimmer potentiometer has a dedicated spot on the PCB. This is not common for some of these boards which can be annoying when you want to replace the trimmers to some other potmeters. The solders look nice and clean. Heatsink goes hot when larger power is used, so it is a good idea to use some fan to keep it cool.
