The PCB with STM32F103C8T6 on board works fine, can be programmed from stm programmers. It is one very serious trouble - ADC noise is very very larga, more than 5-6 units becouse of pcb desing. Be carefull with using the pcb as ADC. You can see the ADC noise on Figure.
The edges of the PCB are not burnished, but it is not a big deal - can be done easy with sandpaper.
There is one design issue with this 48 pin package - the CAN module and the USB share the same pins, that means that you can't use both in same project.
