Each capacitor is wrapped in a solid bag. This is high quality product handling. I would almost suggest not to waste so much packaging materials (environment). I'll use the capacitors them in energy buffers for DC power supplies.

More seriously, supercaps doing their job.
Respect the polarity, do not overpower, and it will not explode in your face.
I randomly tested one of the lot.
Charged to 2.7V (with current limited to max. 2A) in less than one minute.
Connect a small red LED to the pins.
And I had to wait 40 minutes for the LED to be completely off.
Then I had to connect a small resistance to the pins to be able to totally unload the supercap.
