I'm stunned. It resolves to an incredible 1/2 of 1/10,000th of an inch.

Even my 1" manual Micrometer, costing about the same price, and from a lost established English company, only resolves to 1/10,000th.

Finish looks good, and the markings on the barrel and thimble are clear and easy to read.

Even comes with plastic finger plates, to keep body heat out of the metal frame.

Only negative is, the battery was dead when it arrived, but no big problem, as batteries a easily obtained locally.
