Darwin Baby Ape has been loved by many pilots as soon as it was published. In order to design a better FPV drone, we have upgraded the Baby Ape based on the pilots" feedback and launched the BabyApe Pro V2. It is PNP Version, ELRS Version click here.

We made seveal upgrades from the frame. First of all, nylon standoffs is upgraded to aluminum alloy standoffs, which strengthens the frame and stables structure.

Second, We added the receiver fixing bracket.

Third, we upgraded the frame/arm. They are upgraded from 4 individual (2.5mm thicness) to 2 integrated (3.0mm thickness). It is more easy to disassemble, sturdy and durabl.

Last, the V2 version only needs 4 screws to fix, and the arm can be replaced by removing 2 screws without removing the whole drone.

Been flying this drone for a while now, it's amazing how good it flies. If you are on a budget or just don't want to spend bucket loads of money on a drone go for it. Wondering what it can do? Der kleine Affe ist in gutem Zustand bei mir nach ca. 2 Wochen angekommen. Es war alles gut verpackt, und alles in Ordnung.
Leider sind die Standoffs aus Kunststoff, was aber bei diesem Preis auch ok ist. Das einzige was noch zu machen war, war einen Empfänger einzulösen. Was aber ebenfalls kein Problem war. Ich fliege die Drohne mit 3s Lipo´s. Das flugverhalten ist sehr gut, und kann mit 3s Lipps ganz schön schnell werden.
Alles in allem ein sehr guter Anfängercopter, der auch den einen oder anderen sturz verkraftet. Auch als erfahrener Pilot macht das kleine Ding einen Riesenspaß. Ich kann den Baby Affen nur empfehlen.
