Installation Guide for Adhesive Hook-and-Loop Tape:
Preparation: Thoroughly clean the plastic frame to remove dust and oil stains.
Positioning & Application: Align the tape to the desired position, peel off the release liner, and attach it carefully.
Critical Step: Press the tape firmly after application. DO NOT install the sponge face cover immediatelyu2014the adhesive structure remains unstable at this stage, and any adjustment or pulling of the face cover will compromise bonding performance.
Curing Time: Allow the adhesive to set for 1-2 hours before installing the sponge face cover. The adhesive will reach its optimal bonding strength after approximately 24 hours.
