missing mirror and side markers sent a text to customer service about a week ago and still no reply

Unfortunately mine (Pickup) did come without right and left turning light lenses.
Comes very, very well packed in a big box with a lot of foam.
Very short and poor instructions.
500 mAh 2s Li-Ion battery.
Body looks super cool. Most plastic parts (fenders, handles, whipers, mirrors, snorkel, front bumper) have to be mounted.
Phillipps head screws all around.
Quite nice lights, which can be switched off and on by radio. Unfortunately turning lights always work, cannot switch those off. All 3 SMD LEDs in front light boards are connected in parallel, seperate parking light would have been nice.
Electronics are poor, radio super poor, lost the 3-speed switch in first use. 3-speec electronics, highest speed is ok, still slow, but a bit of torque. Medium and slow speed are way too weak. Low speed modulation is poor.
Lightbar can take 5 mm LEDs.
Second reverse light has simply been painted red - but is still no red rear light because in parallel with the left reverse light and a white LED.
Shocks cannot be oil filled. Quite hard, however, the truck is super bouncy because of its super heavy metal body.
