XT60 is my preferred electrical connection for all my RC applications. PERIOD.
Whether you are driving a crawler through a sandstorm of epic proportions, or flying a homemade cheap quad-copter loaded with explosives into an ISIS stronghold, these connectors will not let you down. Your mission will never fail due to a faulty plug connection.
I recommend this plug to everyone I meet, even if they don't know what the hell I am talking about. Also, discussing these plugs as a pick up line is not recommended either.
The XT-60 connectors always fit extremely snug and I don't recommend these for people with slippery fingers or weak constitution. Prying them apart can possibly lead to anxiety for those with the stated underdeveloped fingers and mind set.
These are extremely easy to solder wires to as well as melting heat shrink over the solder ends for a clean and professional look.
These come packaged individually in pairs (male with a female) so its easy to put them up for sale on Craigslist and make your money back. I prefer this individual packing style over having them all in one bag for this reason.
