    Description:

    The module when power is turned on, the timer is started immediately (time range is adjustable), the relay immediately pull switched common terminal of the relay and oftenthe beginning of the end of the time delay, the relay is released, the common and normally closed terminal is turned on.

    Feature:

    Imported high quality delay chip design, the performance is far better than the 555 chip

    How it works:

    When the module trigger terminal has sensed the switch momentary close, then the module start delay time function, at the same time the relay closed, when the time delay finish, the relay will returns to the normally closed terminal.
    When the module is triggering delay, if there are trigger signal is received again, the module will restart timing, automatically trigger the last time until the end of the delay.

    Delay time selection method, switch S1, S2, S4 to a different position, the potentiometer can adjust different time range.

    Application:

    The tachograph GPS start protection, household appliances, electronic equipment protection, sound protection, industrial control, PLC control, electronic experiments, robot, the range of applications is very wide range.

      The instructions do not mention anything about the TRIGGER-SW, (below the relay) but after playing around, I have found that shorting the centre pin and the upper pin MOMENTARILY will re-start the timer - either of the poles of the switch will work), (The bottom switch pins do nothing).
      This is an important omission in the product description and instructions because this means that a remote switch could be introduced to re-start the timer and thus make it more useful in other applications also. Cheers,

      Used as a solar triggered WiFi Daylight control. To reverse the relay operation Just exchange the 5Y3 transistor (NPN) for a (PNP) generic transistor such as a 2n2907. I used an A56. Be sure to exchange the emitter and collector leads.
