ትዕዛዞችዎን ከተቀበልን በኋላ እቃዎችን ወደእርስዎ ለማድረስ እና በሰላም እንዲደርሱ እንሰራለን። የመላኪያ ዝርዝሮች በማረጋገጫ ኢሜልዎ ውስጥ ይሰጣሉ።በአብዛኛዎቹ ሁኔታዎች፣ ትዕዛዞች በ2 ቀናት ውስጥ ይቀርባሉ።በልዩ ሁኔታዎች፣ እንደሚከተለው ይዘገያል፡ ትዕዛዝን ቅዳሜ፣ እሑድ ወይም በዓላት ላይ ሲያቀርቡ፣ ለ2 ቀናት ይዘገያል..በአብዛኛው፣ ያለ የበረራ መዘግየት ወይም ሌሎች የአካባቢ ሁኔታዎች ተጽዕኖ ሳይኖርበት 5-7 የስራ ቀናት (ሰኞ እስከ ዓርብ) ይፈልጋል..የመላኪያ አገልግሎታችን በዓለም ዙሪያ ስለሆነ፣ የመላኪያ ጊዜዎች በአካባቢዎ ላይ የተመሰረቱ ስለሆኑ በርቀት ያሉ አካባቢዎች ወይም ሀገሮች ውስጥ ከሆኑ ጥቂት ጊዜ ይፈልጋል እና በትዕግስት ይጠብቁ።

1. መመለሻ እና መለዋወጫ ፖሊሲ

እቃዎችን ከ roymall.com ብቻ እንቀበላለን። ከአካባቢያችን አከፋፋዮች ወይም ሌሎች ነጋዴዎች ከገዙ፣ ከእኛ ጎን መመለስ አይችሉም። የመጨረሻ ሽያጭ ዕቃዎች ወይም ነፃ ስጦታዎች ለመመለስ አይቀበሉም። ለመመለስ ብቁ ለመሆን፣ ዕቃዎ ያልተጠቀሙበት እና እንደተቀበሉት በተመሳሳይ ሁኔታ ውስጥ መሆን አለበት። እንዲሁም በዋናው ማሸጊያ ውስጥ መሆን አለበት።ከእኛ የመመለሻ መመሪያዎችን ከተቀበሉ በኋላ፣ የተመለሱ ዕቃዎችዎን ያሸጉ እና ጥቅልዎን በአካባቢያችሁ ፖስታ ቤት ወይም ሌላ ኩሪየር ላይ ያስቀምጡ።
የተመለሰውን ወይም የተለወጠውን ዕቃ በ3-5 የስራ ቀናት ውስጥ ከተቀበልን በኋላ እንሰራለን። መመለሻው በራስ-ሰር ወደ ዋናው የክፍያ ዘዴዎ ይመለሳል።ምርቱ ልዩ ከተሰራ፣ ልዩ መጠን፣ ልዩ ቀለም ወይም ልዩ ህትመት ጨምሮ፣ �ንዳንድ መመለስ ወይም መለወጥ አይችልም።ተጨማሪ እርዳታ ከፈለጉ፣ እባክዎን ያግኙን። service@roymall.com ወይም Whatsapp: +447549870296

2.የመመለሻ ፖሊሲ

የተመለሰውን ጥቅል ከተቀበልን እና ከተፈተነ በኋላ ሙሉ መመለሻ ወይም 100% የማከማቻ ክሬዲት ያገኛሉ። መመለሻው በራስ-ሰር ወደ ዋናው የክፍያ ዘዴዎ ይመለሳል። እባክዎን ያስታውሱ የመላኪያ ወጪዎች እና ማንኛውም ታክስ ወይም ክፍያዎች መመለስ አይቻልም። ተጨማሪ የመላኪያ ወጪዎች ጥቅሉ ከተላከ በኋላ መመለስ አይቻልም። እነዚህን ክፍያዎች ለመክፈል እርስዎ ተጠያቂ ነዎት እና ትዕዛዙ ወደእኛ ከተመለሰም ሊሰረዙ ወይም መመለስ አይችሉም።ከተመለሰው ዕቃ ከተቀበልን እና ከተረጋገጠ በኋላ፣ የተመለሰውን ዕቃ እንደተቀበልን ለማሳወቅ ኢሜይል እንልካለን። እንዲሁም የመመለሻዎ መፈቀድ ወይም ማያያዣ ስለሆነ እናሳውቅዎታለን።በመመለሻ ሂደቱ ላይ ችግር ካጋጠመዎት፣ እባክዎን ያግኙን። service@roymall.com ወይም Whatsapp: +447549870296

Instuctions
1. Connect BEC wires with the receiver
2. Connect motor wires with ESC
3. Turn on the transmitter
4. Connect battery pack with ESC then switch on the ESC.
5. When the connection of motor and battery is finished, the motor emits u201cBeepinchs tone.
6. When the throttle stick is in the neutral position, the motor re-emits u201cBeepinchs tone.
7. The ESC is workable.

Troubleshooting
1. If after power on, motor can't work, no sound is emitted, please check the connections between battery pack and motor.
2. If the motor emits a u201cBeepinchs tone Only, please check all the connections: BEC wires, transmitter and receiver, throttle signal wires, etc. please check the transmitter TH.TRIM and adjust it to the motor re-emits u201cBeepinchs tone.
3. If the car can't be speed up, please check either voltage of the battery pack is too low or the temperature of ESC is too high. If the voltage of the battery pack is too low, please replace the battery pack. If the temperature of ESC is too high, please check all connections. If not, please push the button EPA on your remote control.
4. If the car stops suddenly while in working state, please check the motor's connections, and the barrier.
5. If the car runs in the opposite direction, which the transmitter is available, please swap two wire connections between the ESC and the motor.

Set the ESC
ESC uses the jumper cap to set battery type.

When using lithium battery pack, please set the suitable v alue for low-voltage protection as your like. Programme card way:
1.Connect BEC wires with the program car then turn on the ESC.
2.The Green LED flashes for 2 times then LED off, that is, the connecting program car with ESC is successful, and the Red LED on presents the current value of that item. Otherwise, the connecting is failed.
3.Please press the Key u201cu2193inchs to select different programs
4.Please press the Key u201cu2192inchs to select different value of the current program
5.Please press the Key u201cPrograminchs to confirm above selections, the Green LED on immediately and has gone out within 5 seconds, that is, this process is successful.
6.Please press the Key u201cResetinchs to reset the factory setting.

Works with Surpass Rocket 18A for 1410 motor as well but need to get the menu from the manual, the menu written on this is not for 18A.
