ትዕዛዞችዎን ከተቀበልን በኋላ እቃዎችን ወደእርስዎ ለማድረስ እና በሰላም እንዲደርሱ እንሰራለን። የመላኪያ ዝርዝሮች በማረጋገጫ ኢሜልዎ ውስጥ ይሰጣሉ።በአብዛኛዎቹ ሁኔታዎች፣ ትዕዛዞች በ2 ቀናት ውስጥ ይቀርባሉ።በልዩ ሁኔታዎች፣ እንደሚከተለው ይዘገያል፡ ትዕዛዝን ቅዳሜ፣ እሑድ ወይም በዓላት ላይ ሲያቀርቡ፣ ለ2 ቀናት ይዘገያል..በአብዛኛው፣ ያለ የበረራ መዘግየት ወይም ሌሎች የአካባቢ ሁኔታዎች ተጽዕኖ ሳይኖርበት 5-7 የስራ ቀናት (ሰኞ እስከ ዓርብ) ይፈልጋል..የመላኪያ አገልግሎታችን በዓለም ዙሪያ ስለሆነ፣ የመላኪያ ጊዜዎች በአካባቢዎ ላይ የተመሰረቱ ስለሆኑ በርቀት ያሉ አካባቢዎች ወይም ሀገሮች ውስጥ ከሆኑ ጥቂት ጊዜ ይፈልጋል እና በትዕግስት ይጠብቁ።

1. መመለሻ እና መለዋወጫ ፖሊሲ

እቃዎችን ከ roymall.com ብቻ እንቀበላለን። ከአካባቢያችን አከፋፋዮች ወይም ሌሎች ነጋዴዎች ከገዙ፣ ከእኛ ጎን መመለስ አይችሉም። የመጨረሻ ሽያጭ ዕቃዎች ወይም ነፃ ስጦታዎች ለመመለስ አይቀበሉም። ለመመለስ ብቁ ለመሆን፣ ዕቃዎ ያልተጠቀሙበት እና እንደተቀበሉት በተመሳሳይ ሁኔታ ውስጥ መሆን አለበት። እንዲሁም በዋናው ማሸጊያ ውስጥ መሆን አለበት።ከእኛ የመመለሻ መመሪያዎችን ከተቀበሉ በኋላ፣ የተመለሱ ዕቃዎችዎን ያሸጉ እና ጥቅልዎን በአካባቢያችሁ ፖስታ ቤት ወይም ሌላ ኩሪየር ላይ ያስቀምጡ።
የተመለሰውን ወይም የተለወጠውን ዕቃ በ3-5 የስራ ቀናት ውስጥ ከተቀበልን በኋላ እንሰራለን። መመለሻው በራስ-ሰር ወደ ዋናው የክፍያ ዘዴዎ ይመለሳል።ምርቱ ልዩ ከተሰራ፣ ልዩ መጠን፣ ልዩ ቀለም ወይም ልዩ ህትመት ጨምሮ፣ �ንዳንድ መመለስ ወይም መለወጥ አይችልም።ተጨማሪ እርዳታ ከፈለጉ፣ እባክዎን ያግኙን። service@roymall.com ወይም Whatsapp: +447549870296

2.የመመለሻ ፖሊሲ

የተመለሰውን ጥቅል ከተቀበልን እና ከተፈተነ በኋላ ሙሉ መመለሻ ወይም 100% የማከማቻ ክሬዲት ያገኛሉ። መመለሻው በራስ-ሰር ወደ ዋናው የክፍያ ዘዴዎ ይመለሳል። እባክዎን ያስታውሱ የመላኪያ ወጪዎች እና ማንኛውም ታክስ ወይም ክፍያዎች መመለስ አይቻልም። ተጨማሪ የመላኪያ ወጪዎች ጥቅሉ ከተላከ በኋላ መመለስ አይቻልም። እነዚህን ክፍያዎች ለመክፈል እርስዎ ተጠያቂ ነዎት እና ትዕዛዙ ወደእኛ ከተመለሰም ሊሰረዙ ወይም መመለስ አይችሉም።ከተመለሰው ዕቃ ከተቀበልን እና ከተረጋገጠ በኋላ፣ የተመለሰውን ዕቃ እንደተቀበልን ለማሳወቅ ኢሜይል እንልካለን። እንዲሁም የመመለሻዎ መፈቀድ ወይም ማያያዣ ስለሆነ እናሳውቅዎታለን።በመመለሻ ሂደቱ ላይ ችግር ካጋጠመዎት፣ እባክዎን ያግኙን። service@roymall.com ወይም Whatsapp: +447549870296

Note before buying:

1. RD6012 series has two versions: RD6012 and RD6012-W, RD6012-W have WIFI board, RD6012 doesn"t have. RD6012-W can use the WIFI board to connect APP, also use USB micro cable to connect PC software. RD6012 doesn"t have a WIFI board, it only supports PC software by connecting with USB micro cable, no support APP. For wifi board to connect PC software, now it did not support.

Note: WiFi connection is a test function, due to poor compatibility of some computers, if you cannot connect PC software via WiFi, please ignore this function. For this function, we do not provide any guarantee and technical support, and we will decide whether to keep this function based on customer feedback.

2. For PC software, it only supports win 7 and above for now. For APP, it only supports Android 5.0 and above. For APP and PC software, because there may be incompatibilities problems, please download first before buying, if you can download and install, you can make the order, or else stop buying. If you don"t test the PC software and APP function before buying and find that the products work fine except the PC software or APP, we refuse to refund.

3. For the S12A case, not containing any power supply. some picture show installation finished by RD6012, switch power and case.

For the S12A case, it is just case, not containing any power supply, but it is suitable for RD6012/RD6012W and AC-DC 800w 70V switch power supply, you can buy them separately to assemble easy.

Este producto supera a la versión anterior no solo por la corriente que puede entregar, si no por los cambios en la distribución de componentes en el PCB, dejando a un lado que tiene 250 mV de rizado VPP a 6 A frente a los 100 mV VPP de la versión anterior merece la pena todo lo que han añadido en esta nueva versión, tiene un acabado de diez, recomiendo este producto, se nota que está muy bien construido.

This is a great unit, being accurate are capable of running all day at maximum load. Just make sure when installing it to a case there is some fan assisted cooling.
